Rules

Aero Ad's makes every effort to provide a high quality advertisement and Company database for the helicopter industry.

In an effort to do this we must stipulate the following:

Aero Ad's requires:

1. that all advertising and Company listings must be helicopter related
2. that all parts, helicopters, or services listed be in the possession of the company or person that is listing the part.
3. when a part or helicopter is no longer available it must be removed from the database within 15 days.
4. that only one copy of each advertisement be placed in any one section of Aero Ad's at any one time.
5. that Ads and Company listings are entered only in the appropriate section of Aero Ad's

Aero Ad's reserves the right to:

1. remove any advertisement or company listing at any time if it does not meet the above requirements
2. refuse any customer

Aero Ad's will not be held responsible for:

1. any information that is damaged or lost by any users registered or unregistered.
2. the accuracy of any data listed on the parts or helicopter databases.
3. refunds in the event an advertisement that is removed because it does not meet any or all of the above requirements.

Aero Ad's retains all ownership rights to the software programs offered by Aero Ad's and related documentation. Use of the Software and related documentation is governed by the agreement contained in this document and applicable copyright law.

Your right to copy this documentation is limited to the search results of the Aero Ad's database. Making unauthorized copies, adaptations, or compilation works is prohibited and constitutes a punishable violation of the law. Aero Ad's may revise this documentation from time to time without notice.
